No Limits Staffing Services is a home health staffing company that has been proudly serving the community, patients, Home Health Agencies, and Clinicians since 2016. We provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social work, and nursing services in the home health setting all over North Texas.

Brandon Bayles, PT, DPT

Founder / CEO

Brandon co-founded No Limits Staffing with Joseph Udofia in January of 2016 and currently serves as the CEO. Brandon received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UNT Health Science Center in 2016 after graduating from The University of Texas at Austin in 2009. He continues to treat patients as he is very passionate about educating patients on ways to get back to their lives fully. Brandon has been happily married to his wife, Lacy, for eight years, and they have three children, Jack, Caroline & Knox. In his free time, Brandon enjoys working on Real Estate deals and attending every Dallas Mavericks home game. #Hook’Em #MFFL

Sam Adrignola, PT, DPT

Co-Owner / COO

Sam is Co-Owner of No Limits Staffing and is currently serving the role of Chief Operating Officer. Originally from St. Louis Missouri, Sam graduated from Maryville University in 2013 with a Bachelor in Health Sciences. Following graduation, Sam moved to Texas to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming a Physical Therapist. In 2016, he graduated from the University of North Texas Health Science Center with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Sam joined No Limits Staffing in 2017. While performing his operating duties, Sam also works as a physical therapist in the field. Primarily evaluating and treating a geriatric patient population, Sam believes that you are never too old to get stronger and improve your quality of life. Aside from seeing Sam working in the office or in the field, you can also catch him in the gym, at the ice rink, or on his bike riding the Trinity Trails with his wife, Kara.

Stephanie McClure

Therapy Coordinator

Stephanie joined No Limits Staffing in December of 2018 and serves many roles outside of her official title of Therapy Coordinator. Stephanie is the glue that holds us all together. She has been in the Home Health setting since 2012. Prior to Home Health she was a hairdresser for 11 years. Stephanie was born and raised in the Metroplex and is an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. She has been happily married for five years to her husband Levi. In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her two girls who are kept quite busy between High School marching band and soccer.

Patricia Day

Nursing Coordinator

Patricia has been providing direct patient care since 1991. However, once a physician told her she would do great in Home Health since she was such a patient advocate, she decided to enter Nursing School. She graduated in 2009 and has been in Home Health ever since. Patricia has worked as a field nurse, clinical care coordinator, QA manager, as well as an intake specialist. She is a mother of three boys and a GiGi to 7 grandchildren. She moved to Texas 24 years ago and doesn’t plan on leaving. She values her family time the most but loves to enjoy quiet time with a book as well.

Sara Anger, PTA, B.S.

Director of Quality Assurance

Sara joined No Limits in March 2020 as a Physical Therapist Assistant and serves as our Director of Quality Assurance. Sara graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology in 2012 and Harcum College in 2014 with her Associate’s Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Since then she has worked in outpatient, skilled nursing, geriatrics, pediatrics and the home health field. She believes that every patient has the power to reach their true potential, they just have to find what motivates them. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors with her daughter and husband, a good book and cup of coffee.

Tina Wagner

Administrator Assistant

Tina joined No Limits Staffing in April 2021 and serves as our Administrative Assistant. Tina comes to us with more than 20 years of experience in strategic support roles for various companies. She is married with two amazing children. When she is not working or spending time with her family, she enjoys crafting and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
